Hi there, I'm Luca! I wasn't always a rescue pup, you know. I used to live in a magical forest, filled with whispering trees and shimmering fireflies. One day, while chasing a particularly sparkly firefly, I tumbled through a magical portal and landed here! I'm still quite young and a bit goofy. I love to play and explore, but I can be a bit shy at first. I still have a lot to learn, but I'm eager to start training! I'm sweet as can be and promise to bring lots of love and laughter into your life. Will you be the one to help me discover the magic in this new world? I am fixed, chipped and I have all my shots. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Luca was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Luca’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Luca’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Luca’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
