About this Dog
Courtesy Post – Meet Sarge! Sarge is an adorable 10-month-old white/cream Goldendoodle looking for a new home due to housing challenges his family is facing. Still very much a puppy, Sarge has a sweet, shy nature and lots of playful energy just waiting to blossom in the right home. Sarge is: Up to date on vaccinations Crate trained Friendly with kids and other dogs Allows people to take food and toys away from him Still learning about house training (potty training is currently unknown) Sarge behaves happily but shyly when meeting new people. Once he warms up, he’s a loving companion who just wants to be part of the fun. He’s lived both indoors and outdoors, and like many puppies, he occasionally has excited pees when he's especially happy. This smart, sensitive boy would thrive with someone who has the time and patience to continue his training and give him the security and structure he needs to grow into a confident adult dog. Located in West Sacramento, CAFor more information or to meet Sarge, please contact: Angie (916) 502-3559 [email protected] Please note: Sarge is not at the shelter. This is a courtesy post to help him find a safe and loving home.

Adopt Sarge and Receive Sarge's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Sarge's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Sarge's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Sarge, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Sarge's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Sarge was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Sarge’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Sarge’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Sarge’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
