Meet Delilah!Delilah is a sweet, 2-year-old German Shepherd. She is calm, affectionate, and easy to walk. Volunteers adore her gentle nature and cannot figure out why she has not been scooped up yet!This clever girl is likely potty trained and has a soft spot for polite doggy friends. She loves running the fence line with other pups and watching cats from a distance like they are the best entertainment in the world.Delilah is also quite the comedian; her water bucket is always mysteriously empty, and now we know why: she dips her whole head in and gives it a good shake! It is probably her way of beating the summer heat, but it is definitely a show you do not want to miss.She prefers well-mannered companions and shows great promise with the right dog friends. True to her breed, she is smart, food-motivated, and eager to please, but is also unusually mild-mannered for a German Shepherd.Delilah is so ready to find her forever home. Could it be yours?

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and *DELILAH was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, *DELILAH’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the *DELILAH’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, *DELILAH’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
