About this Dog
And just like that, we have six adorable puppies eight week old gorgeous puppies. Meet our three girls and three boys! These sweet and beautiful babies are thriving in foster homes, they have all put on weight. Let us introduce you to Freya who's sharing a foster home with her littermate Heimdall. They're learning all about the resident rabbit and two cats while the resident dogs along with their young boy are out of town on vacation with family members. Freya and Heimdall are typical shepherd pups who follow their human, love snuggles and keep each other entertained while their foster mom is delighted with their antics. Freya is the instigator of all play and shenanigans, the bestest snuggler and the biggest fan of treats. She has mastered the sit command and knows "off". They sleep in their crate together, covered for den like space and have access to the pen from their crates when they can't have eyes on them. Although they move in unison, following their person around the house and very facinated by the bathtub when their people are showering. They are lovely and allow all handling since they get inspected all over their bodies to make sure they haven't picked up any errant foxtails each time they head outside to potty and play. Freya likes to be the center of attention especially if Heimdall is amidst a snuggle session. All the pups potty promptly when taken outside frequently, leading us to believe that they were well taken care of and handled nicely in their original home. They also enjoy playing with toys, nibbling on human toes, and tugging on clothes for attention followed by frequent naps. All of the puppies have received their first vaccines, been dewormed, and are healthy, chubby, and happy! Stay tuned for more updates.Freya will thrive in an experienced forever home committed to environmental exposure to continue the excellent foundation she's receiving in her foster home, ongoing training, and structure shepherd puppies need to grow into neutral adult dogs. Adopt Freya and Receive Freya's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Freya's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Freya's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Freya, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Freya's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Freya was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Freya’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Freya’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Freya’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
