Oso is fluffy, friendly, and fully vetted. He is a gorgeous and, possibly, a lesser-known breed of “Wooly Husky”. He is approximately 2-3 years old and weighs 62 lbs. All that fluff makes Oso extremely huggable, which he loves once he gets to know you! Not only is he drop dead handsome with a happy face, bright blue eyes, but he is a very sweet, affectionate and playful pup. He doesn’t always readily like to share his toys or food, but easy to work with that. Oso really LOVES humans and desires to be with them. He knows sit but needs additional training. Once he determines you are a friend, he will cover you in kisses and lean in for lots of attention plus belly rubs! However, he is known to be a little pickier with his dog friends. He carefully chooses who he wants to hang with and might prefer the ladies to the guys. Oso has been moved around a bit in his short life and is ready to find his happy, forever home. Come meet him and fall in love!

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Oso was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Oso’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Oso’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Oso’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
