About this Dog
Timmy was a homeless dog in Mexicali, Mexico. He ran underneath a car while one of our rescue partners was picking up another dog. He was getting beaten up by other big dogs and was injured. We rescued him and he was fully vetted. He is goofy, very playful, extremely smart, strong and high-energy. He loves human attention. We don't know if he gets along with cats. He gets along well with females dogs. Male dogs tend to beat up on him (although that's not always the case). He's too friendly and loves attention. He has the tendency to grab at people's clothes when super excited and to get attention. His foster taught him not to grab at his clothes, but he will have to be trained by whomever adopts him not to grab clothes. He should be in an only-dog home and with an experienced and active person. Timmy is one of the two dogs featured in the video. Other videos available upon request. Timmy really needs a forever home where he will be loved and experience true "belonging." He is house trained, but all adopted dogs should be house trained in their new environment. Although there is an amount for the adoption fee, Crossing Guardians does not charge an adoption fee. However, our application process and due diligence are rigorous. Potential adopters must agree to the stringent terms of our adoption application. That constitutes the consideration of the adoption contact. Thank you for choosing rescue!

Adopt Timmy and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Timmy's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Timmy's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Timmy, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Timmy's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Timmy was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Timmy’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

We want the Timmy’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Timmy’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
