My owner surrendered me due to my separation anxiety, as I don’t care to be left alone and can easily clear the 6 foot fence when I get bored. I don’t do this if someone is home. I’m very good with children and get along well with other dogs. I’ve met a cat and was just curious. I’m very smart and know basic commands - come, sit and stay. I’m also house-trained and crate-trained. I’m very smart and know I can learn more. I enjoy being with my people, playing with other dogs and running. I need lots of exercise and attention, and would make the perfect companion for an active person or family So, if you're ready for an adventurous and loving companion like me, then please fill out an online application so we can set up a meet-and-greet. Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Sable's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Sable was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Sable’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Sable’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Sable’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
