About this Dog
C J is a 5 lb., 2-1/2 year old adorable Apple Head Chihuahua. He came to us from a local high kill shelter. He had trust issues with people and needed stability, to learn trust, positive reinforcement training, and to learn that humans can be your loving companion. We have been working with his social skills for over a year and with time, praise and patience he is doing amazing. He will need the right person that is willing to give him the time he needs to trust and bond with them. He loves his people and is very affectionate once he bonds with you. He enjoys walks, breakfast time, snuggles, car rides, and just hanging out in your lap with some little whispers and kisses as he places his little face on you. Because of his small size no small children or large breed dogs please. As always, we do highly recommend positive reinforcement training to insure a well behaved and well-rounded puppy/dog. The adoption fee is $500 which includes: spay/neuter, microchipping with registration, up to date on vaccines, rabies vaccine (for dogs and pups over 4 months at time of alter), deworming, and topical flea treatment application (as needed). If interested in one if our dogs or puppies, please email [email protected] for information and adoption questionnaire. Our animals can be seen by appointment only after approved application process. Please email to make sure the animal you are interested in is still available and/or will be attending or on-site adoption event. No phone calls please. If you are interested in adopting one of our animals, please send all inquiries to [email protected]. **********FOSTER HOMES NEEDED************ We are always looking for loving foster homes for new arrivals! Please contact us at [email protected] if you would be interested in fostering. KK

100% of C J's balance will be sent to whoever adopts C J.
Adopt C J and Receive C J's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, C J's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is C J's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the C J, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming C J's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and C J was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, C J’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the C J’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, C J’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
