Adoption fee: $600 Meet the Surf Puppies 12 weeks old | German Shepherd/Husky mixes | Rescued from the Stockton Stockyards Born to brave Mama Surf and rescued from a dangerous spot near heavy machinery, these pups had a rough start— but thanks to a kind stranger and a swift rescue by DPS volunteers, they’re now safe, thriving, and ready to ride the wave into their forever homes. The Surf litter is a smart, social, and affectionate bunch. They start their day around 8:00 AM with breakfast, followed by romps in the yard, lots of playtime, and cuddle breaks between meals. They’re learning boundaries quickly and respond well to redirection— especially when it comes to puppy nibbles. At night, they sleep cozily together in a playpen, dreaming of rope toys, squeaky balls, and sunny days. Malibu (red collar, female) Affectionate, calm, and quietly confident, Malibu is your go-to snuggle buddy. She loves kisses, checks in often with her people, and brings a grounded energy to the group. This girl will bond with you and love you forever. Monterey (lime collar, female) Friendly and full of love, Monterey is the first in your lap and the last to leave it. She's tiny but mighty—playful, energetic, and always up for a cuddle session. Shh, don't tell her that she's still growing - we're guessing she'll be a lap dog for life, regardless of size! Carmel (purple collar, female) Carmel is the sweet spot between curious explorer and cuddle bug. She’s playful, gentle, and always up for a belly rub or a little adventure around the yard. After her explore, guess what? It's time for another belly rub! Manhattan (light pink collar, female) The boldest of the bunch, Manhattan is confident, social, and full of life. She’s a lap-lover and kiss-giver with a big personality and an even bigger heart. She's your social butterfly, ready to take on the world. Santa Cruz (army green collar, male) Gentle and loving, Santa Cruz may start off a bit timid, but once he warms up, he’s all heart. He sticks close to his people and thrives on snuggles and quiet companionship. He's a true blue lover boy. Laguna (blue collar, male) Laid-back and soulful, Laguna is the mellow guy with a sweet streak. He loves to be near his humans, has a soft spot for naps, and gets along with everyone. He's got those "hang loose" surfer vibes down pat. Newport (orange collar, male) Newport is pure chill. He’s the calmest of the crew, happiest napping in your lap or soaking up some sun. He brings a peaceful energy wherever he goes. He'll be the star of puppy yoga classes! Ventura (burgundy collar, male) Independent and thoughtful, Ventura likes to explore on his own terms. He’s confident but easygoing, with a wise, observant nature and a gentle spirit. He's mature beyond his puppy years... err, weeks. :) Whether you're looking for a cuddle companion, a hiking buddy, or a calm and quiet best friend, there's a Surf puppy ready to make a splash in your life.

This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
