About this Dog
Adoption Fee: $800 Bon Jovi is a 3 year old Old English Sheepdog who is ready to spend his life ‘Livin on a Paw-er’ with his forever home! Bon Jovi toured the local shelter circuit after being surrendered due to a change in family circumstances. This gorgeous boy needed a haircut and some TLC but now he’s ready for the next stop on tour: his forever home! Bon Jovi is such a lovely boy who deserves roses, treats, and love galore! Lovers of the OES breed won’t find a better companion than Bon Jovi. Bon Jovi is a total charmer, like his namesake! This boy has no idea that he’s not the size of a tiny Pomeranian and would love to climb into your lap and cuddle… when he’s ready for an adventure break. Bon Jovi would LOVE a home ready to take him on adventures, from hikes to camping trips to swimming. He’s down for anything as long as you are by his side! If Bon Jovi isn’t zooming around, he’s conked out on your lap. He lives life to the absolute fullest and we are lucky to join him for the ride! Bon Jovi is super smart as well, and would crush obedience training or agility classes. Like any good working breed, Bon Jovi won’t be happy with just one short walk a day (unless you are looking for some DIY home renovation). He will need stimulation daily to keep him happy. Bon Jovi starts his morning around 7 AM with a big stretch and a trip outside with his foster siblings. He loves “helping” everyone get ready for the day before settling in for breakfast. During the workday, he occupies the “co-pilot” dog bed, taking trips outside for big zoomies with his husky foster brother. He is a total parkour champion and makes up new tricks every day. After school, he delights in playing with the resident kiddos before he gets a long walk and another zoomies session. In the evening, he has dinner and then lounges in the yard soaking up the cooler weather. Then, he snuggles on the couch as the foster family unwinds from a busy day. He heads to bed around 11 PM, dreaming of future adventures ahead! Bon Jovi gets along with dogs of all ages and sizes, but he would love a playful companion in his forever home. He has tons of puppy energy that a playmate would help him get out. He adores people and loves when he can keep an eye on everyone at the same time. Bon Jovi is working on his leash walking skills and does well with a harness. He is friendly to all creatures he meets, whether 2-legged, 4-legged, or winged. Bon Jovi may have been a rabbit or grasshopper in a past life. He delights in vaulting over couch backs, bushes, and the like. One second, there is no Bon Jovi. The next second, you have a lap full of love! What more could you ask for in your next best friend! Bon Jovi is only an option for homes with prior dog experience. We will only consider homes who have a plan for training and activity. He is not a dog for those looking for a short walk a day. Kids in the home should be over the age of 10.

Adopt Bon Jovi and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Bon Jovi's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Bon Jovi's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Bon Jovi, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Bon Jovi's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Bon Jovi was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Bon Jovi’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

We want the Bon Jovi’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Bon Jovi’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
