Hi, I’m Yoda. My three sisters and I were about a month old when we were rescued from under a building. Our Mama seemed to have disappeared. We came to SBACC and then went to a foster home that had four grown-up cats and two dogs, and we got along with all of them. I’m the only boy in my litter and the most independent of them all. If my sisters are cuddling with our foster Mom, I will join them, but I don’t seek out her lap on my own. I’m a quiet, friendly, and gentle kitten. I’m independent but enjoy playing with my siblings. I’m now ready for my forever home and will probably do fine as an only cat, but it would be much more fun to go home with one of my sibs or go to a home with another kitten or young cat. All four of us are in one of the pics.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Kitten Yoda was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Kitten Yoda’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Kitten Yoda’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Kitten Yoda’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
