Peggy is a stunningly gorgeous female American Staffordshire terrier that is ready for her loving forever family. Peggy weighs approximately 52 pounds of love and sweetness and she’s a loving, fun and well behaved girl that loves going on her walks. She rides great in the car and is very affectionate and wants to be part of a loving family. Peggy loves everyone she meets and has a great demeanor and disposition. She’s been dog friendly with other friendly dogs, but encourage proper introductions to be safe and responsible. Peggy was rescued from a high kill shelter in San Pedro on the day she was scheduled to be euthanized. She’s been such a love bug and truly deserves to be part of a loving family. Peggy is spayed, microchipped, received her comprehensive fecal test, wellness exam and is current on her vaccinations. She’s packed with some of her favorite toys and bed and looking forward to fun adventures with her loving forever family. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Peggy was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Peggy’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Peggy’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Peggy’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
