About this Dog
If you love a dog with a snaggletooth, meet Grin. Grin is looking for an adopter that is ready to accept all the love he has to give, and he has a heart full of love to give . Grin is about 7-8 years old and currently a bit over 16 pounds. He loves people and is super affectionate with his person; he loves to cuddle and would like a home where he is allowed in the family bed. That said, he is not needy and he is crate trained and will sleep quietly all night in his crate. Grin seems like a cross between a Puggle (Pug/Beagle) and another dog. He has some of the characteristics of a Puggle, but nog all. Grin lives with 3 other dogs and is fine with them. He plays well with his foster sister. He would do fine with other dogs, or as an only dog. He is house trained and knows how to use a dog door. Grin walks well on leash and is great on neighborhood walks where other dogs are also on leash. He will bark at dogs that are off-leash and run towards him, his foster is working on this and he can be distracted with treats, especially something high value like chicken, but he would not at this time do well in off-leash dog parks. He is fine meeting new dogs in his home. Grin would be find in a home with older, dog-savvy kids. If you are looking for love, Grin may be the guy you are looking for. Grateful Dogs Rescue incurs substantial veterinary and other expenses in rescuing our dogs. In order to recoup some of these costs, we request a tax-deductible donation for each adoption. The suggested donation for Grin is $300. If you are interested in adopting Grin, please complete our online adoption application at https://www.gratefuldogsrescue.org/adoption-process/ . One of our volunteers will get back to you. Adoptions are local, confined to the SF Bay Area. See our other available dogs at https://www.gratefuldogsrescue.org/available-dogs/

Adopt Grin and Receive Grin's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Grin's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Grin's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Grin, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Grin's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Grin was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Grin’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Grin’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Grin’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
