About this Cat
Meet Banjo: Your Purring, Bird-Watching Buddy! Say hello to Banjo, a 2-year-old, 11-pound brown tabby with a heart as big as his gentle, soulful eyes! This mellow giant is the ultimate snuggle companion, ready to bring calm and cozy vibes to your home. Banjo’s favorite pastime? Lounging in sunlit beds by the window, watching birds flutter by with quiet fascination. He’s a laid-back dreamer who’s perfectly content soaking up the warmth and serenity of a peaceful day. But don’t let his chill nature fool you—Banjo’s a lovebug who adores being held, petted, and showered with affection. He’ll reward you with soft purrs, biscuit-making paws, and the sweetest gaze that says, “You’re my person.” Rescued from a colony facing demolition, Banjo’s story is one of resilience and hope. After his TNR, he refused to leave his trap, hinting at a past as a beloved indoor cat before being abandoned. Now in a foster home, he’s thriving, getting along famously with other cats and even learning to play with toys! Litterbox-trained and non-escape-prone, Banjo is a low-maintenance gentleman who just wants a safe, loving forever home. Banjo’s not a chatterbox anymore—his foster family thinks he’s finally found his sense of security, saving his soft “songs” for special moments. At around 2 years old, this gentle giant is ready to settle into a life of lounging, cuddling, and sharing his quiet, affectionate charm with you. Could Banjo be the window-watching, purring pal you’ve been dreaming of? Adopt this sweet tabby and let him fill your home with love and tranquility! Banjo is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. Adopt Banjo and Receive Banjo's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Banjo's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Banjo's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Banjo, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Banjo's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Banjo was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Banjo’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Banjo’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Banjo’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
