About this Dog
Introducing Maggie! This energetic beauty is about 1.5 years old and looking for her forever home! At 65 lbs, this shepherd mix is fully vaccinated and spayed, ready to join an active family who can give her the life she deserves. Maggie is a super smart girl who learns commands quickly and is already potty and crate trained. Maggie is currently living in an apartment situation where she's crated for much of the day, which simply isn't meeting her needs as an active, playful dog. She thrives when given space to run and play! This athletic girl makes an excellent running partner and is perfect for an active person looking for a four-legged workout buddy. She's a social butterfly who loves people and gets along well with other dogs when properly introduced. While she may show some initial reactivity to certain dogs, this behavior dissipates when she has proper exercise and time outside of the crate. Maggie just needs a home that can match her energy level and give her the opportunity to be the amazing dog she is. Could your home be the perfect fit for this playful, intelligent girl? Interest Form: https://amazingstraysrescue.rescuegroups.org/forms/form?formid=5860 Maggie is looking for a San Diego foster, if interested click HERE! *This is a courtesy post and Maggie is located in Los Angeles, though can travel to San Diego*

Adopt Maggie and Receive Maggie's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Maggie's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Maggie's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Maggie, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Maggie's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Maggie was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Maggie’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Maggie’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Maggie’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
