About this Dog
Smallest Sibling, Biggest Heart – Meet Cali! Sweet Cali is the smallest of our new litter of puppies. She weighed just 25 pounds when she arrived at the Ranch. We quickly got to work making sure she received the nutrition and care she needed, and she’s already putting on some much-needed weight. Don’t let her size fool you, Cali keeps up with her siblings just fine! She’s right there in the middle of the action, running, wrestling, and racing to see who can make it first into the kiddie pool with the rest of the crew. Cali can be a little shy at first, but it only takes a moment for her to warm up. Once she knows you, she’s all about the cuddles and belly rubs. Like her littermates, Cali is alert, curious, and eager to explore the world around her. She’ll thrive in a home that offers structure, guidance, and lots of opportunities for both mental and physical enrichment. Cali is patiently waiting for her forever family, a family that will help her continue her rescue journey and show her just how good life can be. Could that be you? Let us know! Puppies are a life-long commitment. They need time, training, vet care and healthy feeding to become good canine citizens. Don't even think of adopting a puppy unless you intend to invest the time and money and commitment required, and you can expect to lose a few good shoes along the way! Please visit http://www.coastalk9gsr.org/ to learn more about our dogs. Click on available dogs to see further descriptions. If you are interested in me, please contact us at [email protected] or call (858) 779-9149. Don't forget to fill out our online application. The minimum adoption donation ranges from $300 to $400. This amount only partially covers the cost of veterinary care, boarding fees, and other miscellaneous expenses involved in the temporary care and adoption of our dogs and is 100% tax deductible. Prior to placement, all dogs will be spayed or neutered, receive current vaccinations, and are usually microchipped. If not, arrangements will be made on an individual basis. Special consideration may be given to those willing to adopt older dogs or dogs with physical problems. Our adoption process begins with completing an application on-line. A phone screening will soon follow, and lastly a home visit will be conducted by our volunteers.

Adopt li and Receive li's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, li's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is li's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the li, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming li's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and li was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, li’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the li’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, li’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
