About this Dog
Meet Ghandi, a 1-year-old gentle giant with a heart as big as her paws. At 73 pounds, she may look like a powerhouse, but this sweet girl is soft, sensitive, and just a little timid at first. Once she feels safe, Ghandi quickly warms up and reveals her affectionate, loyal nature.Sheâs great with other dogs and gains confidence when she has a canine buddy nearby. Her calm, gentle demeanor makes her a joy to be around, and she handles quietly and easilyâeven when sheâs feeling a little unsure. Sheâs already learning the ropes, knows âsit,â and is very smart. She walks beautifully on leash and doesnât pull, though she may pause when nervous. With time, patience, and a loving home, her confidence is sure to blossom.Ghandi came to us with some scabs on her face, but theyâre healing up nicely. Sheâs a resilient, sweet-natured pup who just wants loveâand maybe the occasional snack (even if her taste in treats isnât always⦠refined. Yes, she did try a poop snack in the yardânobodyâs perfect!).If youâre looking for a gentle, soulful young dog who will thrive with love, reassurance, and possibly a dog friend, Ghandi could be your perfect match.
Contribute to GHANDI's Stash!

100% of GHANDI's balance will be sent to whoever adopts GHANDI.
Adopt GHANDI and Receive GHANDI's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, GHANDI's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is GHANDI's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the GHANDI, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming GHANDI's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and GHANDI was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, GHANDI’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the GHANDI’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, GHANDI’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
