About this Cat
Brief Bio:Hey world, my name is Blackjack. I've been at the shelter since I was a couple weeks old. I was all by myself, very sick, my eye was damaged, so I went into foster care. It took me a while to get better, but I'm healthy now and ready to take on the world.Summary of Personality:Iâm a friendly and adventurous boy. Iâm a growing kitty with a lot of energy. I do growl when I eat canned food with my foster siblings sometimes. I love to play with my foster mom & siblings. I enjoy playing with all kinds of toys including wand toys, balls, and spring toys.Home Life (experience with kids & other pets, etc):I have been around cats of all ages in my foster home, but I have not been exposed to dogs. Iâd love another kitten or a friendly older cat I can play with. I eat both wet and dry food. I love to have a scratching post and/or cat tree to scratch and climb. I would do best in a home that will have time to play and be patient with me while I adjust.Include any observations of being house trained (or not):I'm litter box trained. Is your foster litter box trained?:Yes

100% of BLACKJACK's balance will be sent to whoever adopts BLACKJACK.
Adopt BLACKJACK and Receive BLACKJACK's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, BLACKJACK's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is BLACKJACK's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the BLACKJACK, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming BLACKJACK's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and BLACKJACK was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, BLACKJACK’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the BLACKJACK’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, BLACKJACK’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
