About this Cat
Brief Bio:Apple is a very energetic kitten who loves to play with people and other pets. Most of the time she is pretty crazy, but she can also be very sweet and cuddly when she wants to. She loves to play with any type of toy, and would likely do very well with other cats/kittens who have a similar level of energy. At first she can be very shy and she takes some time to warm up to new people, but once she does she loves most people.Summary of Personality:Apple has a ton of energy, she loves to play with people and other cats, run around the house, chase around toys, and climb up things. She can also be very cuddly when she feels like it and she will lay on your lap and she loves to be pet. She's not very food-motivated, but is very toy-motivated and she likes to hide underneath stuff, but if you get her toys out she will probably come out.Home Life (experience with kids & other pets, etc):Apple has been around older kids and is fine with them, but she can be pretty bite-y so she might not be great with littler kids. She has also been around other cats, but not dogs, and because she has so much energy and loves to play she would do best with other cats who are younger and also like to play a lot. Because of this, she tended to annoy our older cat, so she probably wouldn't do well with an older and calm cat who doesn't like to play all the time like she does.Include any observations:She is good about using her litter box and doesn't have any accidents, but she really likes to chew on things, including wires and plants, so she should be watched (like a toddler) and preferably she shouldn't be allowed to roam around the house for long when no one is home. At night we've kept her in a room with her food and litter, thats also free of anything that she could break or hurt herself with. For litter she has been using pine pellet cat litter, which she likes. For food she eats both wet and dry food, she likes the pate wet food mixed with some water so that its kinda soupy, and she gets that once or twice a day plus dry always available. Is your foster litter box trained?: Yes
Contribute to APPLE's Stash!

100% of APPLE's balance will be sent to whoever adopts APPLE.
Adopt APPLE and Receive APPLE's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, APPLE's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is APPLE's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the APPLE, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming APPLE's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and APPLE was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, APPLE’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the APPLE’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, APPLE’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
