Hi, I’m Xipe—a 35-lb, 1-year-old Xoloitzcuintle (that’s a fancy name for a Mexican Hairless pup), and I’m on a journey to find a forever home where I can feel safe and loved. I’ll be honest, I’m a little shy. If you approach me too fast, I might freeze up because the world still feels a bit overwhelming sometimes. But underneath that nervous exterior, I promise there’s a playful, loving pup just waiting to shine. I do my best when I have a confident, social dog friend around to show me the ropes—and some patient humans who are willing to go at my pace. The good news? I’m a quick learner, especially when there are treats involved! I already know cues like sit, leave it, house, couch, and four-on-floor. I even like my crate—it’s my cozy little space where I can relax with my favorite toys. Right now, I’m living in a foster home with four cats and three dogs. I really enjoy their company—especially playing chase or hide-and-seek with my doggie buddies or chilling next to my feline pals. Adopt Xipe and Receive Xipe's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Xipe's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.

The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Xipe, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Xipe was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Xipe’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Xipe’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Xipe’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
