Mr. Pepper was found as a stray, and placed in the scarry shelter. He was unrecognizable covered in mats, overgrown hair, and burs. Mr. Pepper is a tiny 11 pound little terrier mix. What a difference grooming makes. But he must have had horrible experiences while out on the streets. He is terrified of almost everything except at home with his foster. He just loves being with her. He needs a person who will take the time to let him know he is safe and loved. He pees when scared, but that will most likely end when he feels safe.
