07/26/25 5:21 CAMeet Manny! your typical husky, big personality and an even bigger heart. He's a confident 3-year-old male husky that loves car rides and looking out the window. Manny could be your perfect hiking companion or running partner. He does great on leash, loves to be out and about exploring the world.He has been a good boy during his time at the shelter, handling the routine well. But like many Huskies, the constant noise and energy of the shelter can be a bit much for him at times. So far, we know he enjoys the company of some dogs but isnât a fan of all of them, heâd do best with slow introductions and a thoughtful match if thereâs another pup in the home. Heâs independent yet affectionate on his terms, and we canât wait to see how he continues to blossom outside the shelter environment. Looking for a smart, confident companion? For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and MANNY was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, MANNY’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the MANNY’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, MANNY’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
