About this Cat
She’s a tuxedo twin. Both have their left hind leg is amputated at weeks of birth. They need a place where they can be free but not get hurt. I live in a room I rent from an unstable elderly lady who complains about noise and threatens to evict. I’m looking for a new place but everything says no pets allowed. I worry if I take them to the shelter they will be put down because they are over run with cats. She needs a cattery that’s safe to play in. I love them both more than anything. I’m sad I won’t have them with me. And have considered putting them down because of the situation and because they require medication for nerve pain I can’t afford. I hate for them to live in pain and I feel awful if they are sad if I drop them off somewhere else like a shelter. Where I won’t know their outcome. I pray you can help. I would much rather they go to a place where they will be loved and cared for as much as I do.

How will Cleo receive the contribution?
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Cleo, thank you for providing a home and a loving family! Please begin the process of claiming Cleo's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Cleo was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Cleo’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
What happens to unclaimed funds?
We want the Cleo’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Cleo’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
