Meet Mason, a 9 year-old tan Pitbull who is looking for a loving home. Mason has been an outdoor dog all his life, free to roam the great outdoors of an acre lot. However, Mason has fallen on hard times with repeated skin ailments that are resistant to healing with his outdoor lifestyle. With this in mind and his growing age, Mason would best be suited as your indoor companion. Mason is a loving, easy-going dog who wants nothing more than to sit by your side. He has a calm demeanor but enjoys chasing frisbees, basketballs, and the occasional cat! Mason needs an understanding owner who has time to be at home with him for part of the day. He has grown up sharing his backyard lot with his puppy friend Rocko, a Labrador mix. However, Mason would best best suited as the "Only Child" in his new forever home to ensure he has the proper attention and affection:)

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Mason was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Mason’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Mason’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Mason’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
