Meet adoptable Ori! She's a sweet and loyal 1.5 year old female shepherd mix. She's very smart and has gone through basic obedience training. She knows place, jump, and will tunnel through your legs. She's also very food motivated to learn new things. She's harness trained to heel next to you as she walks and she knows that it is polite to sit at entries and doorways and let her humans go first (as long as you remind her). She loves puzzle toys and can currently complete level 3 puzzles. She also loves snuffle mats, toys, chewing bones and her genius kong. She can be very silly and likes to "talk" to you, especially if she gets her toy stuck somewhere. She has a lot of energy so an active family or a yard would be great for her. She also has a Bark Busters account meaning for the rest of her life you will get free in home training and support! Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Ori's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Ori was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Ori’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Ori’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Ori’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
