This sweet girl is Jasmine. She is approx 11 months old and under 30lbs (we don't see her getting that much bigger). Jasmine was found as a stray near Riverside and was red-listed at the shelter due to lack of space. From spending just more than 10 minutes with Jasmine, you'll find that she has the sweetest personality. If you're lucky enough to take her home, you'll find that she comes out of her shell and is a curious, affectionate girl. She loves playing with other dogs (she is currently fostered with another dogs and some cats) and her ideal home will have another playful dog for her to be siblings with. She is house-trained, knows basic commands, has 1 blue eye and 1 brown eye, and is just the sweetest girl. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Jasmine was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Jasmine’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Jasmine’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Jasmine’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
