About this Dog
Millie is an easy-going sweetheart with spurts of energy she likes to display while playing fetch or pulling tug of war with a rope toy. But not for too long. Just long enough for you to put your phone down and realize sheâs still there! She will help you look up and enjoy the world every once in a while because if sheâs found a ball sheâd like you to throw, she gently nudges and then yips twice to get your attention. Three throws and sheâs happy to sit at your feet and chew on the ball for a bit.Sheâs part piggly wiggly as she grunts while discovering new things or in the pursuit of finding the hidden tennis ball. She likes to cuddle her nose in your lap and is happy to follow you around so youâre not lonely. However she does a great job of independently staying outside and taking long naps while you get some work done on your own.She knows sit, stay, down and responds well to nuh-uh when sheâs not supposed to be doing something (like trying to jump up on the couch).Sheâs a great indoor/outdoor pup!Sheâs patient while eating, doesnât guard her food. She doesnât mind our little dog or our big dog. She gets along well with other dogs and if anything ignores them most of the timeâ¦. Unless itâs a shared game of fetch! But even then, sheâs happy to wait and take her turn.

Adopt *MILLIE and Receive *MILLIE's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, *MILLIE's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is *MILLIE's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the *MILLIE, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming *MILLIE's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and *MILLIE was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, *MILLIE’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the *MILLIE’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, *MILLIE’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
