About this Dog
UHA5706670 #A5706670 Meet Nathan , a 2-year-old Labrador Retriever mix with a big, bouncy spirit and a heart full of love! He’s the perfect blend of playful and mellow - curious and adventurous, yet calm and easygoing. Nathan loves being around other dogs and would likely thrive with a canine sibling to romp and play with. He’s also super sweet and affectionate, always looking to his people for reassurance and comfort, gaining confidence when you’re by his side. He walks well on a leash and is easy to handle, too, though he’s still a bit shy and could use a little extra work to help boost his confidence. With his bright, joyful personality and warm, gentle heart, Nathan is ready to be your loyal, loving companion for a lifetime! -2 year old black and white Labrador Retriever mix -43 pound neutered male -may need the standard round of shots and preventatives before he can go home with you, but the shelter can likely help with this! -came to the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center on 6/14/25 as a stray -bouncy and gregarious boy, with a big, bright personality that will absolutely steal your heart! -calm, curious, and playful - inquisitive and adventurous, but still mellow and easygoing - truly the perfect balance! -very interested in wanting to play with other dogs - could make an excellent pup sibling to other doggos you might have in the home -seeks comfort and reassurance from his people - loves to be close to them and finds his confidence when you're together -easy to leash and walks well, but also a bit shy, so could use some additional confidence building ------- United Hope for Animals (UHA) is a volunteer group and does not have a facility for animals. Contribute to NATHAN's Stash!

100% of NATHAN's balance will be sent to whoever adopts NATHAN.
Adopt NATHAN and Receive NATHAN's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, NATHAN's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is NATHAN's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the NATHAN, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming NATHAN's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and NATHAN was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, NATHAN’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the NATHAN’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, NATHAN’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
