About this Dog
United Hope for Animals (UHA) is a volunteer group and does not have a facility for animals. This pet is part of our Shelter Support Program at the Baldwin Park Shelter. For more information about the pet, the adoption process, or our program please contact the Volunteer Adoption Coordinator listed below. Because animals are adopted/rescued daily, please also check the United Hope for Animals Facebook page to see if an animal is still available OR call the Baldwin Park Shelter at 626-962-3577. When inquiring about an animal, please reference the animal’s ID number. This will enable the volunteer or Baldwin Park employee to locate the status of the pet. Thank you for supporting rescue. Pet Information A55108253 Peter is a strikingly handsome and affectionate (see video) 2-year old black-and-white neutered male Alaskan Husky who came to the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center on October 5th as a stray. Weighing 63 lbs, Peter’s favorite activity is playing with the ball, only to take a break by going on a run! A polite gentleman, he behaves well around other dogs, happy to play with them, or watching them play and respecting their space. Considering his typical Husky-leveled energy, spending time playing with toys and an active owner will make him one of the most content dogs around! He already knows sit and will be a quick learner for any commands. His cooperation on a leash makes it super easy to take Peter on your next run around the neighborhood. We just met Peter and he’s already urgent on our list so we are hoping someone will see his gorgeous face and give him a chance. Adopt PETER and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, PETER's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is PETER's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the PETER, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming PETER's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and PETER was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, PETER’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
"The fun and friendly internet currency."
Dogecoin sets itself apart from other digital currencies with an amazing, vibrant community made up of friendly folks just like you. Dogecoin is a decentralized, peer-to-peer digital currency that enables you to easily send money online.
Learn more about it on youtube or at dogecoin.com.
We want the PETER’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, PETER’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
