About this Dog
Foster or forever home wanted, meet Faith. Faith is about 8 months old. Faith has quite the story and the kind of story where rescue plays a vital role. Faith and two other dogs, most likely the momma (Lila) and her sister (Baby Girl) were being cared for by an unhoused individual that loved all three of them dearly. The gentleman sought out help from an outreach organization to insure all three girls were up to date on vaccines and spayed. Sadly, as what often happens with unhoused dogs, Faith was hit by a car back in April and sustained injuries to both front legs. Faith's unhoused companion was able to get her treated at the shelter where he also took her in for follow up care, splint and bandage changes 2-3 times a week. The life of an unhoused person is hard enough without trying to care for three dogs, one with injuries like those of Faith. Out of love and in the best interest of the dogs, Labradors and Friends was contacted to see if we would help them. They arrived here at the rescue on May 15th so we are still getting to know them. Faith is still wearing one splint and being evaluated to see the best path forward for that injured leg. We would love to get Faith into a home so she can continue to heal. If you are interested in meeting Faith, please fill out an application at labradorsandfriends.org. Faith is located in Southern California.

Adopt LR - Faith and Receive LR - Faith's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, LR - Faith's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is LR - Faith's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the LR - Faith, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming LR - Faith's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and LR - Faith was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, LR - Faith’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the LR - Faith’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, LR - Faith’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
