About this Cat
"Olive" was a feral yearling who turned up on my porch. We soon began making daily visits for meals and pets. She was VERY pregnant. She had to have gotten pregnant during her first heat. She was tiny and her belly was huge. One day she didn't show up. The next day she came and she was thin. After several weeks, she brought her four kittens. I tried to domesticate them, but only succeeded in TNR'ing them. They wanted nothing to do with the indoors. Olive, however, loved the indoors. Olive is very affectionate- follows me throughout the house. Always sits on my computer keyboard, or very closely to it. She's a lap kitty and sleeps with me all night. She's a perfect little lady. She's spayed, has recently had her core vaccines and is litter box trained. I'm writing from a hotel room. I was evicted and my three cats and I are forced to live here for now. Please, somebody, give Olive a loving home. She'll repay you in purrs.

How will Olive receive the contribution?
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Olive, thank you for providing a home and a loving family! Please begin the process of claiming Olive's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Olive was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Olive’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
What happens to unclaimed funds?
We want the Olive’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Olive’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
