All of our adoptable animals are up to date on routine vaccinations, microchipped and spayed or neutered. If the animal is too young a certificate for the spay/neuter is included in the adoption fee. Many of our animals can be seen at our adoption center located at 5820 Richmond Rd, Texarkana, TX on the first 3 Saturdays of each month between 10 am - 3 pm and by appointment. Texarkana Animal League is a 501c3 non profit and all donations are tax deductible. Ms. Kitty was found by one of our volunteers at her mother in law's house with her tiny litter of kittens. We received her after she was spayed and vetted, and her babies went to one of our fosters. She is now looking for her furever home. Ms. Kitty is a beautiful Tortie with gorgeous markings. She is very shy but also very sweet with no aggression issues. She just needs a calm loving person to take her in and show her that people can be loving and kind. She will wind up being the best lap baby ever!

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Ms. Kitty was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Ms. Kitty’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Ms. Kitty’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Ms. Kitty’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
