About this Dog
7/19/25 Habanero Habanero - another one of our pepper puppies! And he is precious! He is a catahoula mix who is about 8 weeks old right now. He will likely be a large boy when grown, around 60 lbs is our guess. Habanero has a short little nub tail. We don't know where this came from but several pups in this litter were born this way. He also has uniquely colored eyes with a blue dot in his right eye. He has been raised around dogs, cats, and kids, resulting in a well socialized pup. He will be ready for his new home at the end of July or early August. We hope to have a family approved and ready for him when the time comes. He is such a sweet boy with so much love to give! He is being neutered, UTD on age appropriate vaccines, microchipped, and on flea/tick and heartworm prevention. Located in Arkansas, but transport is available. Adopter must be able to pick up or arrange for someone to pick up for them at one of the following times/locations. Harrisburg, PA 2am Saturdays Port Jervis, NY 5am Saturdays Southington, CT 8am Saturdays East Hartford, CT 11am Saturdays. To apply, please fill out the adoption app: https://form.jotform.com/212690945239059 Message or email [email protected] with any questions.

Adopt Habanero and Receive Habanero's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Habanero's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Habanero's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Habanero, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Habanero's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Habanero was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Habanero’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Habanero’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Habanero’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
