About this Dog
COURTESY POST ONLY - WALLY IS NOT A TCWN DOG - CONTACT IS BELOW Let me introduce you Wally! Wally is a 5 year old, 45 lb chunky boy foster available through PACC A869247. While Wally may be a nervous guy who takes a couple hours to settle down in a new space, once he does, he is a well behaved and lazy cuddle bug. If Wally could spend all his time on the couch with his head snuggled up on your lap or squeezed behind your back on the couch he would be the happiest boy on earth! Wally also loves to play with toys, shaking stuffies and tossing them around by himself or playing tug with his people! Wally is house trained and uses a doggy door. When the dog door is closed Wally will stand next to it waiting to be let out. At night Wally sleeps on a dog bed in the bedroom, but he would joyously sleep cuddled up in bed with his person if you let him…and he sleeps through the night like a pro. Wally has been non destructive when I leave the house, and spends that time snoozing by the front door waiting for my return. Over 4th of July Wally showed no care in the world about the fireworks and happily slept right through them. Wally has been an excellent house guest. Wally has been living with 2 small dogs and 1 large dog during his stay. He can get a little spicy around the resident big dog when she is being rowdy or if she has a treat and he doesn’t (because he already gobbled his up!!) but Wally will mind his own business if you tell him to. And though Wally loves his toys, he has shown little interest in playing with the other dogs, big or small, but that doesn’t mean he wont share the couch with them to take a nap. Wally is highly food motivated, enjoying everything from tasty dog chews to cucumbers and carrots, making training Wally a pleasant experience for everyone! While he still needs more practice with his leash manners, he is always excited to get out and explore the neighborhood, stopping to sit for treats and to acknowledge his person in between sniffs. Wally wants nothing more than a home of his own, where he can stretch across your lap for belly rubs, or smoosh his face into your chest and stare into your eyes for assurance that he is a very good boy (and he is!!!). Whoever adopts Wally will be guaranteed endless cuddle sessions and complete adoration from a very special little guy. Adopt COURTESY POST Wally and Receive COURTESY POST Wally's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, COURTESY POST Wally's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is COURTESY POST Wally's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the COURTESY POST Wally, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming COURTESY POST Wally's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and COURTESY POST Wally was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, COURTESY POST Wally’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the COURTESY POST Wally’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, COURTESY POST Wally’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
