About this Dog
Shiloh is 5 years old her birthday is November 19th 2017. She has been a member of our family since she was 6 weeks old . She is 57 pounds. As with most Pitbulls, she has skin allergies and is susceptible to ear infections due to yeast. Due to this reoccurring issue, a special formulated diet has been implemented to ease these symptoms. The allergies that cause skin irritation and ear infections are her only medical issue. Benadryl, antibiotics and diet help to reduce this significantly. Shiloh is an amazing family dog who loves adults and children. When she is on walks and see kids she cries to play with them and is very loving and careful as well as protective with the children in the family. Shiloh has some separation anxiety and can be startled easily. Small children are still learning boundaries and how to interact with dogs. Shiloh will do best in a home with older children. Shiloh relocated to AZ to a home with multiple dogs.Prior to this she has always gotten along with other dogs. She has a sister who is a Chihuahua whom is actually the boss of the pack.Due to the stress of being in a strange environment and moving into other dogs territory, she has become aggressive towards the other dogs. Outside of the home, on a walk or at a dog park or even in the backyard the dogs get along great. In the home it is just possessiveness and territorial behavior with the other dogs. Shiloh would need to be the only dog in the home. Shiloh is loving, goofy and protective she loves to cuddle. She like squeaky toys and puzzles. Her favorite thing at bedtime is to be buried under some blankets. Shiloh is very treat motivated and knows commands such as stay, sit, lay down, jump up, give me your paw. She is also bilingual and understands commands in Spanish as well as English. She is high energy and is used to being walked several times a day as well as loves to play fetch. Shiloh would be an excellent companion on hikes and camping. She loves to be outdoors. S She has anxiety driving in the car to ease this she is content with the window being down and being able to have her head out the window. Despite the aggression in the home, she is very social towards dogs and not aggressive at dog parks and while on walks. She likes to play with blankets and towels with her owner playing tug of war with them. She likes to wear sweaters and definitely is a girly girl type of dog. She is pampered and does well at the groomer. She would just require a calming chew prior to arriving. She will add joy and laughter to any family. She just wants to be loved and needs lots of attention. She does not do well with being in the crate and prefers to be behind a gate instead.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Shiloh was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Shiloh’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
