About this Dog
Meet Prince Charles and Charlotte! These two are a bonded pair that are just over a year old and ready for adoption. Charles and Charlotte have an amazing story of resilience that is definitely worth reading. They came to the rescue last year when they were two-month-old puppies, along with their sister, Princess Diana. It wasn’t long after coming to the rescue that they were all diagnosed with Parvo and were hospitalized. Sadly, Princess Diana didn’t survive, but Prince Charles and Charlotte did. It took three months for them to recover from Parvo and when Charles was taken to the vet to get neutered in November 2022, it was discovered that he had a severe heart murmur and couldn’t get the neuter surgery. He was taken to a cardiologist where he was given an echocardiogram and was diagnosed with severe pulmonary valvular stenosis and needed a balloon valvuloplasty. With the help and generosity of many people, the funds were raised for Charles and he had the surgery in April, 2023. After recovering from his surgery with a foster, Prince was neutered in August. Charlotte has been by his side the entire time! They have been together through thick and thin, and the rescue wants to keep them together in their new home. Prince Charles and Charlotte are very friendly and active dogs. They like to play together but they also like to play with the other dogs at the rescue. Both dogs are shy when meeting new people. Charles tends to warm up faster than Charlotte and will soon be your bestie lap dog. Charlotte takes a little more time to get comfortable with people than her brother. Both dogs also like going out to the play yard to lay in the sun and chew on their Nylabones. If you would like to meet these two and see if they are the perfect fit for your home, please contact Chi Town Rescue to make an appointment for a meet and greet. They would love to go home soon! Adopt Charlotte and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Charlotte's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Charlotte's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Charlotte, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Charlotte's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Charlotte was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Charlotte’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
"The fun and friendly internet currency."
Dogecoin sets itself apart from other digital currencies with an amazing, vibrant community made up of friendly folks just like you. Dogecoin is a decentralized, peer-to-peer digital currency that enables you to easily send money online.
Learn more about it on youtube or at dogecoin.com.
We want the Charlotte’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Charlotte’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
