About this Dog
**PHOENIX METRO AREA ONLY** Meet Guinness – Your New Best Friend is Waiting! Guinness is a stunning 7.5-year-old, 75-pound shepherd mix with a heart as big as her paws. After patiently waiting over a year and a half, she’s still holding out hope that her perfect match is out there—and it could be you. Surrendered through no fault of her own, Guinness has proven time and again that she’s an absolute sweetheart. She’s incredibly affectionate, loyal to the core, and happiest when she’s by your side. Whether it's belly rubs, leisurely strolls, or simply snuggling up nearby, she lives to love and be loved. Guinness prefers to be the star of the show when it comes to smaller dogs, but with a calm and respectful dog her own size (or larger), she might just make a new friend—with the right introduction, of course. She’d thrive in a home where she can soak up all the attention she deserves. A family with older, dog-savvy kids (12+) would be ideal—especially those who understand the heart and strength of a large, loyal companion. Guinness may be past her puppy years, but she still enjoys playtime and outdoor adventures. She’d make a wonderful walking buddy and an even better best friend. After all she's been through, this amazing girl is simply looking for a soft place to land and a forever family to call her own. Are you ready to give Guinness the loving home she’s been waiting for? Guinness is up to date on vaccinations, spayed and microchipped. Please visit our website: https://pwrescue.org and click on the “Adoption Application” button to complete an application.

Adopt Guinness and Receive Guinness's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Guinness's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Guinness's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Guinness, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Guinness's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Guinness was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Guinness’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Guinness’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Guinness’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
