This energetic 2- to 2.5-year-old pup is bursting with joy and loves being around people. King thrives on human interaction and gets along well with other dogs after proper introductions. He is not reactive to cats and is a perfect passenger on car rides—an ideal adventure buddy. King has excellent walking manners and fantastic recall, making him a great hiking companion with an easygoing attitude. He is house-trained, crate-trained, and knows basic commands like sit, down, stay, and here, combining fun with good manners. He also loves playing in the water and would thrive in an active home with a yard where he can run and play. Despite his long wait, King’s spirit remains unbroken. Currently, he is back at boarding and living in a kennel, which is causing him significant stress. He desperately needs a loving home where he can relax and be himself. King is up to date on vaccines, neutered, and microchipped—ready and eager to find his forever home. If you’re looking for a loyal, loving, and adventurous companion, King is the perfect match. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and King Louis (Courtesy post) was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, King Louis (Courtesy post)’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the King Louis (Courtesy post)’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, King Louis (Courtesy post)’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
