About this Dog
She's a 4 year old very loving Carolina Dog. She doesn't like being left alone for long. Periods of time. She is like having a toddler a teenager and a husky all in one. If she doesn't think that she's getting the attention that she deserves at that moment she will eat whatever she can find socks wash clothes she will like carpets the walls until she makes herself throw up for the attention. She doesn't like watching people go through the front door she is very protective of her home. She gets along with other cats and small dogs. She was attacked by a big dog when she was about a year and a half old before I got her so she tends to think that they want to fight. She does well on a leash and listens most of the time

How will Zoey Mae receive the contribution?

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Zoey Mae was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Zoey Mae’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
What happens to unclaimed funds?
We want the Zoey Mae’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Zoey Mae’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
