About this Dog
Meet Tank – A Gentle Giant in the Making Tank is a massive, lovable 14-month-old English Mastiff who’s just joined our rescue and is already stealing hearts. Weighing in at around 180 pounds (and still growing!), Tank needs a confident, breed-savvy home that understands the needs of a giant, powerful dog still learning the ropes. Tank is house-trained and has surprisingly good house manners for such a big boy. He absolutely loves his toys and enjoys lounging around when he’s not playing. Sadly, his previous owners didn’t give him the socialization he needed early on, so he’s working on building confidence and learning how to interact with the world around him. Tank would thrive in a home with a large breed female dog to help guide and play with him. Due to his size and strength, he’s not suited for a home with small children. He needs structure, patience, and continued positive experiences to help him become the incredible companion we know he can be. Tank is looking for an experienced adopter who’s ready to help this big boy shine. Could that be you? Tank is available through Arizona Mastiff Rescue Located in Phoenix, AZ – we do out of state adoptions but do not ship or transport. www.azmastiffrescue.com

The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Tank ADOPTION PENDING was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Tank ADOPTION PENDING’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Tank ADOPTION PENDING’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Tank ADOPTION PENDING’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
