About this Dog
*Looking for a foster to adopt*Ace (A138918) is a 2-year-old German Shepherd who weighed 71.4 pounds on intake! 07/11/25 This rambunctious pup is Ace! Ace is looking for a foster to adopt home! Ace arrived at the shelter as a stray and is now looking for his right fit. If you are unfamiliar with his breed , we encourage you to do the research prior to bringing him home. At the shelter, we have found that Ace does not always have the best manners and does jump up on people when being walked. He can also be mouthy at times. We encourage his next owner to bring him to a basic obedience class with a certified trainer to continue working on his manners. At the shelter, Ace has done very well in his kennel and appears to be housebroken! He has not seemed overly interested in his doggy neighbors but we do not know his experience level with other animals. Please ensure you are making slow, safe, and controlled introductions with all new animals to help set him up for success. Ace is a very smart dog and looking for an owner who can keep him both mentally and physically stimulated. If you feel that he could be the right fit for you and are interested in fostering to adopt, please let us know!

Adopt ACE and Receive ACE's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, ACE's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is ACE's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the ACE, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming ACE's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and ACE was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, ACE’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the ACE’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, ACE’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
