Meet Indy, an affectionate almost one-year-old Siberian Husky from Springville, AL, whose spirit is as adventurous as his striking black, white, and tan coat. This playful pup is bursting with energy, charm, and just the right amount of mischief to keep life exciting! Indy is the ultimate companion for anyone who loves long walks, thrilling games of fetch, and plenty of cuddle time in between. He’s always up for an adventure and will happily be your shadow, following you from room to room just to be close. And when it comes to treats? Indy is all in! Offer him a cookie, and you'll witness his impressive repertoire of tricks—sitting politely, shaking your hand, and even attempting a high five with sheer enthusiasm. A social butterfly, Indy gets along wonderfully with other dogs, young children, and even cats. He enjoys making new friends and will greet strangers with a wagging tail and a friendly curiosity. He’s still a young pup, so some training will help him refine his manners, but with his eagerness to please (especially when treats are involved), he’ll be a fast learner! Indy is already house-trained, microchipped, neutered, and up-to-date on vaccinations, making him all set to settle into his next loving home! His grooming needs are minimal—just regular brushing to keep his stunning coat looking its best and the occasional bath to keep him fresh. He also enjoys dental chew bones, keeping his pearly whites in great shape. Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Indy's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Indy was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Indy’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Indy’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Indy’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
