About this Dog
Bruno was found roaming at large with five other dogs and all ended up at a local shelter. No one in the neighborhood recognized any of the dogs, and we believe they were most likely dumped by a backyard breeder. He is a three year old standard poodle who weighs 76 pounds. Bruno is a loving, energetic dog who’s ready to find his forever home. He is house trained, already knows his “sit” and “down” commands, and he’s working hard on mastering “leave it” and “stay.” He is good with kids, gets along well with other dogs, and has even earned glowing report cards from daycare. Highly food motivated and a quick learner, Bruno loves engaging with people and picks up new skills quickly. Above all, he’s incredibly affectionate and loves being close to his humans. Bruno has allergies that require medication, and he takes daily anti-anxiety medication to help him feel his best. He is not crate trained yet and can experience some separation anxiety, so he would do best with someone who can be patient and continue working with him. He also has a lot of energy and will thrive in a home where he can get plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. If you’re looking for a loyal, smart, and loving companion who will bring tons of joy and affection into your life, Bruno could be the perfect addition to your family. If you are interested, please complete the application listed below. Our adoption fee is $175 and includes age appropriate vaccines, vet check, fecal, deworming, neuter, a microchip and heartworm test (negative). If you are interested in adopting, please complete the application listed in the comments below. https://toolkit.rescuegroups.org/of/f?c=DMBCNVST

Adopt Bruno and Receive Bruno's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Bruno's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Bruno's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Bruno, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Bruno's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Bruno was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Bruno’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Bruno’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Bruno’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
