About this Dog
This good-looking fellow is Blue, a 1 ½ year old mix of Lab and Husky. He weighs about 55 pounds now and shouldn’t increase in weight anymore. (Unless you feed him doughnuts!) The first time you meet him, you’ll see how his short, black coat shines in the sun! Blue (called that due to one of his eyes being part blue) is a good boy. He gets along well with other dogs at daycare, and he’s terrific with his foster’s six-year-old son. And they love each other so much! Although he gets along with all kids, though, it might be best if your family doesn’t have very small children, not because he’ll intentionally hurt them, but he might knock them over because he’s excited at play. Shy upon meeting, Blue would do best in a home with another dog, a pal who could help him feel more comfortable with his time spent alone. A canine friend would really be great! A fine boy, he would be a great addition to your family! ! (posted 2/2/2023) **It is rare that we know with certainty the ages or mixes that make up our dogs, but we do our best to be as accurate as possible based upon our experience. ** Adoption and transport: $200
