Misha est un petit aventurier au grand cœur. Curieux de tout, il n’a pas peur d’essayer, quitte à se louper — il recommencera toujours avec enthousiasme ! C’est le premier à foncer vers la porte lorsqu'elle s’ouvre, donc sa famille aura avantage à l'entraîner au harnais et à la laisse. Il adore s’endormir dans les coins les plus insolites, pattes en l’air, totalement insouciant. Très câlin, il se laisse facilement manipuler et aime se blottir contre l’humain. Misha est aussi un grand joueur : il adore les bonnes bagarres entre chats, toujours dans le respect et l’amusement. Vous le surprendrez souvent en pleine session “biscuits” sur un plaid bien moelleux ou en train de grogner de manière mignonne avec un doudou dans la gueule. Il a également été habitué aux chiens, en rencontrant plusieurs profils différents (petits et grands). Il peut avoir un petit moment de recul au début mais s’adapte très vite dès qu’il comprend que tout est sous contrôle. Un chaton plein de vie, affectueux et drôle ! Misha est un chaton donc les frais d'adoption pour lui sont de 340$. Il est stérilisé, vacciné et micropucé. Il n'est pas testé pour le virus de l'immunodéficience féline (VIF) ni pour la leucose féline (FeLV), mais son frère Barry est négatif pour ces deux virus. He's the first to run for the door when it opens, so his family will benefit from training him on harness and leash. He loves to fall asleep in the most unusual corners, paws in the air, totally carefree. Very cuddly, he's easy to handle and would like to snuggle with a human. Misha is also a great player: he loves a good catfight, always respectful and fun. You'll often catch him in the middle of a “cookies” session on a soft blanket, or growling in a cute way with a cuddly toy in his mouth. He's also been used to dogs, meeting many different profiles (big and small). He may recoil a little at first, but adapts very quickly once he understands that everything is under control. A lively, affectionate and funny kitten! Misha is a kitten therefore the adoption fees for him are $340. He is sterilized, vaccinated and microchipped. He is not tested for feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV) or for feline leukemia (FeLV) but his brother Barry is negative for both viruses. You will also be provided with health insurances for the first 6 weeks following adoption. You will also have access to the support of the adoption team for as long as you need it. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Misha was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Misha’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Misha’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Misha’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
