Unknown, but likely yesSpecial/Medical Needs: NoneEstimated Energy Level: MediumMinimum Adoption Fee: $650Current Location: Sherwood Park, ABRayne is one of the sweetest dogs we've ever encountered. She loves people so much and will take all the pets and kisses she can get!She is content to have a snooze while you work from home but also loves playing in the yard. Fetch is a favorite and she knows how to sit, shake both paws, leave it (when it comes to inanimate objects) and drop it.She is housetrained and doesn't bark very often. She is playful and smart - her favorite treats are ropes, collagen sticks and frozen peanut butter in a kong. She is very gentle when taking her treats and doesn't beg at the table. She'll come check it out and we tell her "it's not for you" and she goes and lays down. She loves going on walks and within days went from pulling to walking by our sides (for the most part)Rayne is reactive to other dogs but is working on it. I think she can get there with the help of a trainer as she is just so smart! We are using the "leave it" technique with her but it's difficult to turn her away from the animal as the treat isn't as important to her.She doesn't seem to mind the car but she will react if she sees another dog in a car. No car sickness though.Cats are a no go.Honestly, we couldn't have asked for a sweeter, more loving dog. Her smile is infectious, and her big bright eyes lift your day. Rayne hasn't been around small children in the house but does not react to kids (walking/bikes/scooters etc.) at all. She gets along really well with our 15-year-old. This girlie will be missed greatly. She brings joy with her good morning smooches and wiggly little nubby tail! Whoever gets to keep Rayne in their forever home will be truly happy and blessed. We are so appreciative having her be our first foster. She is a beautiful and happy girl.If you are interested in meeting this dog, please fill out an application.
Contribute to Rayne's Stash!

100% of Rayne's balance will be sent to whoever adopts Rayne.
Adopt Rayne and Receive Rayne's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Rayne's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Rayne's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Rayne, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Rayne's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Rayne was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Rayne’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Rayne’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Rayne’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
