About this Dog
Female, 1 year, Siberian husky X, 35 lbs Willow has been a very sweet girl. She is a little anxious to new environments but adjusts with patience and love. She loves cuddles and has a great personality. She has not been with cats in our home, but, even though she enjoys other dogs, resource guarding has been an issue, and we recommend Willow be adopted as an only dog and showered with all the love and affection she needs. She is a jumper, and has been receptive to training, but gets very excited, so she would do well with older kids. She does bark at other dogs walking on the street and sometimes in her crate, but for the most part, she is looking for attention and activity. She would do well in a home where she can be walked frequently and showered with love. She was great on short car rides (up to 30 mins) and has had a few housetraining accidents, but with additional training, we think she will have that figured in no time! She has improved on the leash so much in a short time, and with a little more training, she should have no issues with leash manners. This beautiful girl deserves a committed and loving forever home. Our rescue is called BARCS. We are a registered Charity. Our Website is www.barcsrescue.com. All our animals are posted on the website and updated often. If you would like to proceed we need an adoption application to be filled out. They can be found on our website. Once we receive your application, we will contact you to arrange a meeting with the pup you are interested in. We look forward to hearing from you.

Adopt Willow and Receive Willow's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Willow's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Willow's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Willow, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Willow's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Willow was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Willow’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Willow’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Willow’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
