We are a No-Kill shelter located in the Forest City of the Ozarks, St. James, Missouri. Approximately 90 miles west of St. Louis. Tri-County is a private Non-Profit organization that is solely funded by donations. Providing shelter, medical needs, and placing each animal in good loving homes takes more than just desire and dedication. Donations make it possible for us to continue to provide the care we continuously strive to achieve.
