Hello, future family! I'm Kacey, a sweet, happy-go-lucky dog who’s always ready for an adventure, especially if that involves walks, tasty treats, and cozy snuggles. If you’re looking for a loyal companion with a heart full of love, I could be your perfect match! Currently, I’m living in a foster home with my amazing foster parents and three lovely foster furry sisters. I get along great with other dogs, and I'm not one to stir up drama—I prefer to keep the peace! I’m low-key and enjoy being calm, cool, and collected, so I’ll happily step aside if things get tense. No food or toy aggression here—just a big bundle of joy ready to share! If you’re wondering about my energy level—well, I’m definitely a goofball! I get the happiest feet when it's time to eat or when I see you, and I’m always up for a good cuddle session. While I get along wonderfully with other dogs, I could also thrive as the only dog in your life—I’ll be all yours! I’m potty trained and crate trained (I know, I’m pretty awesome!). I’ll let you know when I need to go out by pacing or barking at the door—though, fair warning, I may need a little time to adjust to a new potty routine when I first move in. I'm also a pro on a leash, and I LOVE going for walks or hitting up the dog park. Oh, and did I mention I’m an excellent road trip buddy? I’m so chill in the car, you might forget I’m even there! I’ll just snuggle up in the backseat and enjoy the ride. Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Kacey's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Kacey was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Kacey’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Kacey’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Kacey’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
