Hey all, I’m Nova, a 1 1/2 year gal, currently weighing in at approximately 55 lbs. with soft tan/yellow highlighting a white fluffy coat. My Mom “Luna” and other siblings were surrendered to a shelter. Shelter life is loud and crazy. Thankfully, Molly’s Place became our savior and took us in! My mom Luna, was a good looking white Shepherd. Like my mom, I also am a flashy looker, but my eyes are dark brown giving me a soft angelical look with my lighter coat. Maybe like my dad who they think was a Lab, who knows. But I’ve inherited the BEST OF BOTH! I’m very docile, showing signs of intelligence already, yet fun loving and goofy. Being good with dogs, kids and adults. My zest for life is shown as I dearly enjoy toys, playing with a pack, or just chilling out and giving/receiving love from my person. I’ve got the all the ingrediencies to be YOUR NEXT SUPER FAMILY PET! Yep, I’m eager to please and even tempered. Daily activity is good for all us 4-leggeds. I do have some training needs, but being part Shepherd, I know together we can tackle anything. Be it a few good walks, playing ball, frisbee or taking a ride, physical and mental stimulation will only help me bond with you and learn about life. I’m a true, down to earth, loving girl that just wants to have a “Normal Good Time” with my family. How about it? Are you Game???? I’m Nova and I want to be your “Inseparable Companion” by your side! You must obtain pre-approval prior to visiting the dog or cat. Adoptions fees include the following: spay/neuter surgery, microchip and registration, age appropriate vaccinations, initial dewormings, Activyl for fleas, tested for FeLV and FIV (cats only), bubble bath prior to going home (dogs only) WE do not "HOLD" animals without an approved application and a non-refundable/non-transferable paid adoption fee. Adoptions are on a first come, first serve basis. We can not send extra pictures. WE do not ship, you must pick up the pet. Kitties must be transported in a secure cat carrier. Pooches require a "martingale" collar and a non-retractable leash.

Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Nova's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Nova was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Nova’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Nova’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Nova’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
